Possibly, though it does seem to be where the stack pipe goes up over the room, so I guess they cut a lump out of the guttering and never thought
I found last night that it also runs into the bathroom - had to put down towels. Thankfully the new windows arrive on Tuesday
Currently dry here, but overcast - more rain with the looks of it.
