That assumes 2 things:
1) They'll actually decide to answer the phone
2) If they do, then the person on the other end of the line will know what you're talking about.
I must have made a dozen calls to customer services since it became Virgin Media (that is, yesterday). Of those calls, only one was answered within 10 minutes. And when it was, the guy on the other end of the line had never heard of the "VIP" package that I wanted to order.
So don't waste your time.
