looks like the customer service has not been improved

hi all

just rung up ntl (virgin media) as ive only been with these for about 2 and a half weeks all the servive is good etc but since ive had it installed at hgome i got no information on when my billing date will be due out every month ?
so i phoned up virgin media and asked them if they can tell me what date i will have to pay my broadband bill every month so i asked customer services and they said no information on my billing has been entered into my account yet
wtf is all this about how am i supposed to know when to pay my bill?
plus i signed up b4 31st of january and got the offer of 10 per month 2 meg broadband so if they even try to mess around increasing this amount im going to go ape **** at them
