Hehe - you're likely to be right there! Its always better never to believe all the P.R. hype that's spun about relaunches (for any company) as they will always lead to raised expectations of what will happen on the day of relaunch. At most, for the majority of customers who aren't in the UK2 pilot areas, there isn't going to be anything remarkably different to what we've got now - apart from the Virgin iD channel going live, and the website changing.
Most of the significant changes will only appear in the next few months, long after the "glow" from the Press Launch tomorrow has faded from the limelight, and whilst they will be very welcome ones if they work out properly, we shouldn't be too impatient for everything to change in a "big bang" tomorrow morning.
I will be very impressed though if VM can get things right this time round, and seriously rattle Sky's cage in terms of both product offer and growing its customer base to really punch as hard as they're talking the talk now.
