I think if Richard Branson should include as a state of urgency on help department, it must be the worst in the among a lot of providers, so many computer mags put it at the bottom of the leauge I can understand that after my experiance with it, all they seem to do is like a game of pass the parcel with the customer always losing, must admit they have impresive titles like Customer Loyalty & Resolution Manager also Customer Concern,
which in itself is ajoke.

Well Virgin trains and NTL must work hand in hand if the help line with is as bad as Virgin trains

Hope the new name VirginMedia brings a better service with there computer commitiments, or does in mean longer titles for some of their managers etc ???
