I've just rang and I must say the CS/Sales people seem much more organised than they were before, if very busy.
When the guy couldn't get through to installations he took my number and rang back about 5 minutes later
So for £95 a month (actually a bit less than we were paying) we're getting
Virgin VIP media pack with the movies etc, + 3rd STB (I'm sure the charge for that has dropped from £15?)
We've already moved up on the TV package, but the TV drive won't be installed until the 26th unfortunately
