Keep phoning back mate, i spoke to 4 people regarding my install in Stoke, I got different stories from everyone I spoke to. I was told it wasnt available, had been put back to march, was on trial only.
Luckily on the 5th call I spoke to someone who knew what they were on about and got it installed for me within 2 days
Its trial and error really who you speak to, some cant be bothered, some havent been trained, and some are very very good.
Id phone back again.
