Ok, just phoned CS. They say the system says I'm on 10MB, and put me through to tech support in India. The guy there says they need a precise download speed from me, which I should get by downloading a big file from
www.download.com?! I tried to explain I'd looked on the autoregister site, and also in the CM logs - and it was still mid-level (ie 4MB) but.. gyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Trying to get through to the guy in India was as pleasant as hacking off your own limbs with a spoon!
