I love mine, one thing to bear in mind, if like me the installation engineer tells you that the volume controls no longer work then ignore him. All the codes to programme the remote to control the TV volume/mute are in the, Home/Guide > Help and Info > Help with your remote control menu.
Had a couple of problems with the recorded video playback but these are known faults 'apparently'
