I called at around 2pm. I explained what the VIP package was and it was 'added'. I have just called back and told it does exist (I know) and that I couldn't have it yet as all the discount codes are not on the system yet.

Could it be that different areas have different billing systems so some of us can't have this package yet? I know they have or are going to be migrating the billing.

I then asked her to confirm my TV Drive and 2nd STB was being charged correctly as my previous bill had them as Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£15 each. She said the discount codes for that are not on the system and I may have to call back when the next bill arrives for a credit until the billing is resolved.
