ok what i would do if you havent already is speak to relation again to make sure that either the discounts gon on and stay on ..or if one of the agents there will manually credit them....
before you say anything about an agent manually crd..i do the same in cmc for issues like double line rental billing every month for a few customers so there are agnets in ntl:telewest who will take responsibility for accounts
