Got the dreaded phone call from NTL yesterday. Apparently network problem, given know date except "it will be available in 2 weeks"!!!! Anyway still needed extra box installed so installation was for today between 1pm and 6pm. Waited until 6.30pm no engineer appears (waited until 6.30pm, got to think about the old traffic excuse!!!!) As you can imagine quite mad considering they called me less then 24hours before V+ installation. Rang customer services!! Guess what Installations have gone home, they shut at 7pm i have to call tomorrow...!!!!!

Anyone else havethis sort of problems??
