Are ntl trying to confuse its customers or what?

Wtf does M L and XL mean to a basic user? I had to visit Telewest site to find out exactly what was going on...

Hopefully when ntl relaunch as Virgin Media they don't really confuse people, my mum would have no idea what all this meant thats for sure

Also, why is there so much more info on the Telewest site compared to ntl if they're one company?
