could be a problem with the software downloads, which are regionalised. (But it isn't)

could also be a problem with the new VOD servers, which are currently used only by TVDrive in these areas. (But it's not).
It's actually a problem with an item of normal broadcast equipment. It has no impact on the normal STBs, but stops the TVDrive from recording.
