Thanks for the replies. Contacted customer services who informed me that my year on the 3 for Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£30 was now up; I explained it wasn't as I recalled clearly signing up in June last year when I removed my sky dish to have the house roughcasted. Put me on hold while they checked out with "customer retentions" and after 5 minutes the rep came back and said no problem that's the 3 for Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£30 deal reinstated. seems to me this was a "try on" by telewest, so others might want to check their bills carefully case they try to sneak it through on the sly.
