Unless there has been a substantial change to your service or package (pricing may be included here, I'd need to think about it and look at the Ts&Cs!), then as stated above, continued use of the services woula be deemed to be an acceptance of the contract and you would be legally bound for the 12 month period.

Have you thought about just downgrading your package? Might make things a bit more manageable?
