Just had the phone call.
Some major problems in the Solent Region with the technical code.
Will take at least 2 weeks to remedy, maybe more.
Boxes that have been fitted recently are not functioning at all.
Engineers been returning and removing and replacing with the old boxes.
They have changed my booking from Feb 2nd to Feb 18th but will attempt to contact me by mid Feb to rebook if it's not sorted.
I asked her to check my future billing - it's as I was first told : Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£10 extra per month and no charge for the 'kept' second box until I have it connected.
No HD content is available at present.
