Yeah I was thinking that maybe they were moving people back til on or after the offical date. Perhaps because yours and Blueview's installs are so close they think its too short notice to change them. What I'd really like from ntl is some honesty, if they've booked to many installs then just say so, if they haven't got enough boxes then just say so -rather than telling you that no one has it when you know damm well they have. Okay rant over
