Nah!! Don't give up.
Keep ringing everybody at Ntl and make yourself a damned great nuisance, it seems to be the only way to get anything done about an issue you have.
Hopefully after a while they will get sick of you and deal with your issue. Of course hey might also feed your details into the automatic answering system and have you cut off as soon as you get through.
Rest assured, you ain't missing anything.
VOD's a waste of space anyway. 16:9 TV shows butchered to 4:3 even though they advertise it as WS. I wouldn't take a chance on ordering a WS movie only to find out it's been butchered to 4:3 Pan&Scan.
