Prutton joins Forest in loan deal






Nottingham Forest have re-signed David Prutton on loan from Southampton until the end of the season.

The 25-year-old, who started his career at the City Ground, will stay with the League One outfit until his Saints contract runs out in the summer.

Forest snap up defender Chambers




Nottingham Forest have signed central defender Luke Chambers from League One rivals Northampton Town. The 21-year-old, a long-time target of Forest's ex-Cobblers boss Colin Calderwood, has signed a two-and-a-half year deal for an undisclosed fee.
"We're sorry to see Luke go but he will feel the move allows him to build on a great start he's made to his career," said Cobblers boss Stuart Gray.
Chambers made 149 appearances for Northampton and was their club captain.
