Sky £299 purchase price
Sky £10 per month rental
Sky £60 installation (unless you take multi-room)

Both assume multi-room.

After the second year, you become liable for repairs to the Sky box, so you need to cost in a replacement for that over say three years and would need to allow an additional monthly cost of £10 per month to cover for this.
