Think i`ve suddenly gone braindead!!

How do i open an ISO image to extract the files on a CD created with Roxio Easy Media Creator 9.0?
Everytime i double click on it to extract the burnt image, it just takes me to the Roxio copy disk program! I used to do this all the time but i fear the excess of booze and good living has rendered my brain( or whats left of it) useless.!

IE. How the bloody hell do i open the software?
