If you require a hard copy of the terms and conditions that's easy tp read you should ask them for a large print one.

They will gladly blow it up on a photocopier for you and send it out via the articles for the blind scheme for free.... (This is what I did).

If you don't have a visual impairment then I would think they'd still do it, but I can't gurantee that.

Give them a call and ask - it can't hurt...
