Just found this site - thank you so much - we've been rebooting our box since 7.55pm tonight. Managed to get through to NTL just before 8 and they are giving compensation of Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£5 credited to your account only if you ask about compensation. Will be phoning them tomorrow to up the compo after missing the footy tonight - arggggh. Writing this from glasgow and we still have nothing on the tv box.
