Hi I got today a weird phone call from NTL. The account is under my gf name, but I pay the bills and we have agreed a password that is accepted for paying. Nevertheless they refused to talk to me and my gf is away .. the number is 02087634513 he left but even refused to give me the name of the department. I am not sure what the hell they want. Before the call the internet went slow
I am not aware of having done anything wrong, I paid the bill yesterday, although the bill just snowed in today and some weirdo virgin media flyer arrived. Can one deduct by the number what the hell they want and what department they are from?
