Finally got through to retentions who were as professional and courteous as ever.
Altered my services set up/pricing and halved my bill - been assured yet again that the £4 will be credited to my account next month. Now on the free TV package so that saves me buying a freeview box. Was given a deal on my BB rather than drop it to 2MB though I asked them to drop everything to lowest possible. Just had a look through the channels - we've still got all the ones we watch anyway - we had the base pack and there was just channel after channel of crap.
THIS list is wrong though. I've got Sky One which isn't on the list, but I don't have E4+1 which is.
I guess at that point, I'm off topic for the forum though.
