Update.
Just got this months bill and I've been charged the Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£4 even though I had a direct debit that has been set up for donkey's years & CS said it would be refunded and show as a credit. It shows as:
Balance brought forward Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£4.00
I've not had a correct bill in months now. Seriously tempted to cancel the lot today. The TV is a pile of dung most of the time, just need basic internet access and a phone - stuff it. So tired of being shafted month after month by NTL now.
