Spoke to Customer Services and the V+ box isn't available until the end of Feb.
The costs are different to those quoted above. I was told £75 installation, £15pm for the V+ and £9.50pm to move the existing STB to the bedroom (price w.e.f 1st Feb)
And I won't need a seperate cable modem.
I think most of what I have been told is utter tosh but will wait until March before double checking their pricing.

The V+ Box is shown as £15 per month, unless you have the XL Package (which is the new name for the Family Pack). An additional STB in the house will cost you £9.50 per month without V+, or £5 with V+.
The £75 installation charge will be applied if you exchange your current STB for V+. If you keep your existing STB as an additional box, (and pay the £5 per month charge), then the £75 fee is waived.
