Cool - I got through to someone in Customer Services who knew all about the box (150 Option 5) and despite me saying I needed to be put through to the V Box Team she was able to deal with the installation there and then. She checked her system to ensure
Nottingham (NG6) was enabled (it is).

She did ask where I'd heard about it - 'on the internet' - 'ah yes' she replied
She also confirmed they had only just had training on the TV Drive, and she asked me 'do you know what it can do ?' and I replied 'why yes' and she said 'that saves me a whole load of spiel then'
