Just spoke to customer services (phone answered immediately) to check release dates for Manchester - it's already available and I can book an install! Whoop-de-do!

I have done that, mine isn't til Feb 24th but that is at my own request as it needs to be a Saturday install and I'm away the weekend before. They could have done it next week if I wasn't working in the week.

Because I have two boxes currently, and am keeping the second box, my installation is FREE, the second box gets removed and the existing master box is moved upstairs and becomes the second box. The whole caboodle will cost me around Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£10 more than I currently pay.

That, I have to say, is excellent!
