Spoke to a guy in Sales week before last. He said that TVDrive training was taking place last week. Seems to be the case. After banging my head against a brick wall before, I rang up this evening. CS person knew exactly what I was asking about, and said it would be no problem to add to my package for my install date (10th Feb). She said to call back nearer the time to make sure it is put on my account (said that it could be put on the system after the 30th, as that's the release date for my area).
She asked if i knew the details, i said yes, £15/month. She then said something like, "Incredibly, it's only £10/month with the Family pack". Heh - nice bit of training talking there!
