Just received a nice little glossy brochure in the post promoting the new V+. Nice picture

. Also promises to install V+ withins 2 weeks.

Rang the number on the brochure which is a normal Ntl number 0845 454 0000, although it calls it the V+ hotline.

Was passed to sales, then to CS, then back to sales, then to somewhere else, passed on five time in total. The upshot is that a new V+ box is due for installation on the 1st Feb AM.
