Talk Talk - advice required

I move into my new gaff next week, have my line being installed on 14th Feb and I'm seriously thinking of going with Talk Talk for my broadband. They are offering a really good package for £19.99 which is ideal for me http://www.talktalk.co.uk/talktalk/s...STATIC.TESTHUB

I know their customer services are commonly moaned about, but has anyone had any good experiences either good or bad to help me make my decision.

As they only cover 70% of Britain atm, i may not be able to even have Talk Talk - they wont confirm til my line is live Any other suggestions for a decent ISP which is not too expensive, but reliable.

TIA
