One little point that may have gone unnoticed by Telewest Customers is they going to be charged Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£12 a year for itemised billing.

Could someone tell me if this is a new charge for NTL customers as well.

It would seem to me to be daylight robbery. What are your thoughts.
