Update on last night. I phoned faults this morning - got straight thru (good Brownie point there!). They said it was because my account didn't have VoD enabled and I needed to speak to Customer Services - they put me straight thru.
The extremely helpful lady at Cust Services (more Brownie points) said yes - the account didn't have VoD enabled, and she'd send stuff down the line - it would be working by tonight. Great. So far so good.
Back home tonight, thought I'd check out the VoD. Oh dear, no change,
it's still not working, exactly the same as before. Well, I'll try to catch them again tomorrow, and see what the next instalment in the saga holds.
