Virgin Media new T & Cs
I have just receive the new intro pack from that smashing chap Richard Branson telling me all about the new Virgin Media rebranding etc etc. Inan accompanying leaflet entitled "boring (but important) stuff for you to read" i note that in section B-2 it states " we will not continue to provide you with television services if we find out that you do not have a valid television licence"

What a curious thing. Surely the business of TV licencing is a matter between the relevant authorities and the end user and has nothing to do with Virgin media?
