I don't think my VOD has worked at all since I had a Samsung STB installed (the old PACE box finally died - I don't miss it much!!) a couple of weeks ago (haven't tried it until the last couple of days

). When I press the On-Demand button, I get an M041 error, and when I clear this, I get an IS002 error.

I suppose I need to call Cust Services / Faults to sort this out? Any ideas?
