We went to see
Happy Feet just before Christmas and thought it was great. The animation is absolutely stunning - by far the best I have ever seen. However, the plot is a little thin and it would be quite a long / slow film for small kids.
For Christmas, Mrs A bought me the DVD of
March of the Penguins, which is a documentary about the real thing. I wish I'd seen them the other way round 'cos it would have made HF even more realistic for me. Many of the scenes in HF are obviously based on those in MotP. The DVD-extra about shooting MotP is also interesting.
