As above check your cpu and mobo temperatures either by going into the BIOS (PC Health) or more preferably using Everest Home Edition (Computer > Sensors) under windows full load.

Expect CPU temps to be around 40-50C full load or maybe you have a faulty temperature sensor ?

I have one PC which I drive 24/7 were the CPU is supposedly 64C - I cant be ass'd to investigate again maybe the FAN needs reseating.
