I've seen this error yesterday when I sat down to watch Battlestar Galactaca which I recorded on Sky One.

Is this going to be a common occurance? A box fault? A 'feature'?

I think if I record something, I want to know I will be able to watch it and not take a gamble if I will actually be able to watch a recording.

Anyone else with this problem and as above...any way to recover the recording?
