As for the P2P download, well that totally depends on who you're connected to. If it was a torrent you were referring to, then someone with a good connection may have started seeding for a while.

well considering they purchased plusnet for their shaping experties it wouldnt surpsse me, fileplanet claim not to cap their highspeed servers (and ive pulled 5.35MBit/s from a 100mbit connection @ a lan party)


actually waiting to see if i get an email with regards to teh 40gb usage guideline which over the xmas period.

see thinkbroadband.org theres plenty of stories of BT shaping people.

Spose it could just be contention issues.
