I was waiting for a long time this morning as well to that same dept. I even heard a message with an engadged tone in the background saying "we are very busy, phone back later" no option of holding.

I choose to cancel all my TV packages because of that this morning (over Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£100 a month revenue lost to them).
