150 Number then 4,3.................

Hi,

So I want to talk with NTL, so I ring 150.... pick 4,3 then get told Monday 30 min wait, Tuesday 30 min wait and now today its 20 mins wait. (This is any time of day, or seems that way)

So what am I moaning about, well its like this, every time I get cut off without the chance to wait even 1 sec

So is this a fault? Does it need fixing or is it now NTLs new policy to deal with people wanting to talk with 150, 4, 3 department?

Plus I even spoke with a nice chap (Mr P Smith)who tried getting them, he had me on hold til he could get to speak to someone, but was not able to get them.

So I left my number and was told they would ring back.

So how many SOs was that

Dept = Thinking of leaving NTL.
