Having read Chris's excellent FAQ posting on the TV drive, I called NTL and because I currently have a 2nd box, costing Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£15 per month and also subscribe to the family pack NTL have agreed to install a TV drive for Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£10 per month; I can retain the original set top box for Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£5 per month and there will be no installation charge. That's what I call a good deal - a free upgrade !

The engineer is due pm on Tuesday 15th - what should I look out for and ask him to test before he goes ?
