TBH I'm not trying to get the best discount - I know many people like to do that, and thus increase the prices for the rest of us. However, when I get a printed leaflet stating the package price is Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£11 less than what purports to be the SAME leaflet on the NTL web site, I feel perfectly justified in asking to be put on that reduced price.
