But i called NTL and customer service put me on hold and came back on after talking to installs and they said there is no record of them sending a engineer to my home today and i must be wrong

,
The only other thing they told me was that the engineer reported the my install on saturday as a NBI,
They said they will now call on the 4/1/07 (next wednesday),
