I've just phoned customer services and they said there is a UK-wide problem with On Demand which will be sorted out in 24-48 hours.

The thing is, even if this were true, I've NEVER been able to get into on demand first time. You always have to reboot the box at least once.

So god knows what's going on. Nobody has a clue, as ever!
