I can see what you are getting at and it's a superficially beguiling argument. The problem with it is that if I was perhaps offered a lot of money to kill someone, and I did; I would be the one blamed......she didn't have to accept the money and do the deed.....the fault is hers and hers alone (imo)......but I don't blame her, I'd do the same myself if I was offered the money!
