Have you tried deleting your browser cache? Some stored cookies may be holding username and password information.

Note: This will delete any saved passwords for any website you have visited, so MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR USERNAMES & PASSWORDS ARE BEFORE CONTINUING!!

Which browser are you using?
For Internet Explorer choose Tools>Internet Options>Delete Cookies and also Delete Files (tick the box too)

For Firefox choose Tools>Options>Privacy>Clear Now and tick everything.

To be on the safe side - after clearing the cache I shut down the browser and restart.
