I've had a digi STB for years and never had a single issue or need to phone CS. A soon as I get a TVDrive, CS may as well be speed-dial number 1 on my phone. Most times you mention 'TVDrive' though, panic sets in and all of a sudden 'call back in a couple of hours, systems are down'.
